THE GRAND LIBRARY - this package is a full 10’ x 12’ wall entrance meant to cover an opening big enough to replace French Doorways typically installed in hallways or Great Rooms. The entryway covers the width of a standard set of double doors (72”), but can certainly be modified to cover the size of a single doorway (36”). These sizes make it easy to accommodate a door on either side of a wall. It will come complete with actuating relays and electronics to assist in operating the entry which opens and closes via remote. Complete with all hardware trim and detail work and full operational performance. For an average cost $47,500.00 USD. (Books sold separately)
WARDROBE/ARMOIRE - this entryway can be designed to customer specs or pre-manufactured. The latter costs about 5k less. If custom built to specs onsite, this project typically will take longer and therefore an increase in cost. Pre-made cabinetry is between $3-5k contingent on size and style. This package will have an average cost of between $20k-$25,000.00
JUKEBOX - Let me introduce my personal favorite: our JUKEBOX - this model is the size of a standard jukebox and or an average fireplace and it’s mainly used for children’s playrooms, but like our other packages, its available as an entry into any room one desires average cost for this package is $5k.
